Paulo, 01.11.2007), lembra o político-estético episódio experimentado por ABRAHAM LINCOLN ('If I had two faces, would I be wearing this one?') para comentar o comportamento duplo das autoridades monetárias dos países desenvolvidos em relação aos fundos soberanos de outras soberanias: criticam os demais por fazerem o que os fundos das próprias nações ricas fazem: buscar maior rentabilidade, eventualmente controlando empresas alienígenas estratégicas.

Na soberana terra brasilis a saudável vontade política-administrativa em ter um fundo daqueles começa a ganhar força na proporção direta das compras cambiais além das reservas necessárias para enfrentar eventuais ataques especulativos deste ou daquele(a) Cidad(ã)o, com esboço de debates via mídia entre as autoridades monetária e fazendária.

Toda vez que lê algo a respeito este Cidadão Tio Patinhas fica quase-feliz, pois uma daquelas faces pode quase-servir para Você Cidadania, além deste ou daquele(a) Especulador(a).

Pois é, a questão dos precatórios, escandalosos ou não, requer prestações jurisdicionais e medidas legais e/ou administrativas oportunas e adequadas a cada caso concreto.

O que eventual fundo soberano pode auxiliar naquela equação?

Quanto custa um milímetro de tricô das Tricoteiras dos Precatórios?
